Omega 3-6-9 Flax, Fish and Borage Oils

Support Nutrition Omega 3-6-9 provides the benefit of Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 fatty acids. Balance of Ratio of Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 fatty acids in the body is very important. Omega 3-6-9 is useful in promoting heart health.

Fish Oil in Omega 3-6-9 provides Omega3 fatty acids namely EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid).

Organic flax seed oil in Omega 3 6 9 provides Omega 3 fatty acid namely Alpha lenolenic acid, Omega 6 fatty acid namely Linoleic acid and Omega 9 fatty acid namely Oleic acid. Ideally ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 fatty acids in our body should be 1:2 but normally in our body ratio is 1:20 to 1:50. Since Flax seed contains less amount of Omega 6 fatty acids thus to overcome its deficiency Borage seed oil is used.

Borage seed oil in Omega 3 6 9 provides Omega 6 fatty acids namely Linoleic acid and Gamma Linolenic acid and Omega 9 fatty acid namely Oleic acid.

The gelatin used in the manufacturing of capsules and softgels has been derived from a Bovine (Cow) HALAL animal source and the product is also free from any TSE/BSE sources.
